Philadelphia 76ers forward Dominick Barlow (illness) will be active against the New York Knicks on Wednesday. He is back in the mix after missing one game due to illness. Barlow will likely reclaim his starting spot from Trendon Watford. Despite being a starter for most of the campaign, Barlow hasn't provided much help to fantasy squads.
