4 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week, was removed from the COVID-19 list on Friday following his second negative test in as many days. Receivers Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk and left tackle Trent Williams were also removed from the COVID-19 list on Friday. Samuel, Aiyuk and Williams were deemed high-risk close contacts of Bourne's and didn't play in the Thursday night loss to the Packers. Samuel wouldn't have played anyway while dealing with a hamstring injury, but he could be back in Week 10 against the Saints. San Francisco's passing game should be much better next week if they can pair Samuel with the rookie Aiyuk.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
