Dean Kremer To Open Up Second Half For Orioles
1 year agoThe Baltimore Orioles will start right-hander Dean Kremer in the first game of the second half of the season on Friday against the Miami Marlins, with Kyle Gibson getting the ball on Saturday and Kyle Bradish taking the hill in the series finale on Sunday. It means that right-hander Tyler Wells, who started the final game of the first half of the season on Sunday, will most likely make his first start of the second half on Monday in the series opener against the Los Angeles Dodgers. The 28-year-old Wells has already reached a career-high 104 2/3 innings over 18 outings (17 starts) in 2023, so fantasy managers should expect the Orioles to look to limit his workload at some point in the second half of the season.
