David Jones Agrees to Two-Way Deal With Spurs
David Jones has signed a two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs. The 23-year-old, who went undrafted in 2024, was one of the stars of the Summer League with the Spurs, averaging 21.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.2 steals in Las Vegas. He was named to the All-Summer League First Team. Last season, Jones was picked up on a two-way deal by the Utah Jazz. However, he was waived in January and never got to make his NBA debut. The Dominican Republic native now gets a new opportunity, although there are a lot of bodies ahead of him on the depth chart in San Antonio.
