7 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Dalton Pompey (wrist) said his right wrist is improving, and he was able to throw from 60 feet on Thursday. "It's heading in the right direction for sure," Pompey said. Pompey was injured most of last year in the minors as well, playing in just 13 games between Single-A and Triple-A. He offers mainly speed, but it would likely take an injury to Kevin Pillar for him to see significant playing time with Toronto in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
