Courtland Sutton Regains Alpha Presence in Broncos Passing Attack
Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton returns to alpha status in the 24-17 win against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 14. Sutton converted 10 targets to six catches for 62 yards and led the Broncos in targets and receiving yardage for the game. With the first matchup against the Raiders in Week 11 being one of Sutton's duds of the season, it was encouraging to see him turn it around and maintain the momentum of back-to-back 62-yard games coming out of the bye. It's also notable that counterpart Troy Franklin has averaged 3.5 targets per game since the bye, potentially alluding to the fact that Sutton has been made the focal point of the passing attack again. Sutton will keep things rolling against the Green Bay Packers in Week 15.
