Utah Jazz guard/forward Cody Williams (shoulder) won't suit up on Monday night against the Toronto Raptors. He has been ruled out after Utah initially listed Williams as doubtful. The 21-year-old has been one of the offensive leaders for the Jazz recently, averaging 14.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game as a starter. With Williams out, Utah is promoting John Konchar to the starting lineup, giving him extra fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk
