Broncos Defense Roasted By Commanders
1 year agoAfter two weeks, the Denver Broncos defense/special teams unit is going to find themselves on a lot of fantasy waiver wires after their latest performance in a 35-33 loss to the visiting Washington Commanders on Sunday. They allowed inexperienced quarterback Sam Howell to come one yard shy of 300 yards passing on the day, sacking him four times. Although Denver caused two fumbles in the game, they were unable to recover any and also didn't have an interception. In standard defensive scoring, the Broncos left their fantasy managers with a fat zero on the day. Things won't get any easier next week on the road in Miami against the Dolphins either, so fantasy managers would be advised to look for a better team-defense play.
