Brock Stewart Gets Traded to the Dodgers
Brock Stewart from the Minnesota Twins, senior MLB insider Jeff Passan reports. The Minnesota Twins continue to be sellers at the deadline, as they trade right-handed reliever Stewart to the Dodgers. Stewart has had a nice season in 2025, with a 2.38 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, 14 holds, and 41 strikeouts in 34 innings pitched. The Dodgers need bullpen help badly, as they currently rank 23rd in MLB for team ERA, with a 4.27 ERA. In addition, Tanner Scott (elbow) landed on the injured list on July 22. From a fantasy perspective, Stewart is likely to remain a middle reliever and has value if your league rewards holds. However, he is unlikely to get many, if any, save opportunities.
