4 months agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal scored 34 points in Wednesday's 123-106 win over Philadelphia, shooting 13-for-21 from the field, including 6-for-11 from downtown. He was a man on a mission after Washington had lost to the Sixers on Tuesday 132-115, scoring 14 straight points at one point. With John Wall (heel surgery) out of the picture, Beal is set for a number of high-scoring performances during the second half of the season, while also getting more playmaking duties. He had five assists on Wednesday. The Wizards have a chance to grab a couple of more big scalps this week, with homes games against Milwaukee and Toronto coming up.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
