Are the Raiders Open to Trading Jakobi Meyers?
Jakobi Meyers, but they "are not actively trying to move him." The sense is that the Raiders "would prefer to play out the season" before making any major determinations about its roster. Meyers requested a trade in the preseason and is having a disappointing season in what has been a bad Raiders offense through six weeks. The 28-year-old pass-catcher hasn't shown much chemistry with quarterback Geno Smith in 2025. He caught four passes for 39 yards in the Week 6 win over the Tennessee Titans and has not gone over 40 yards in any of the last three games. What has made things even more disappointing is the fact that the Raiders have been without star tight end Brock Bowers (knee) the last two games, and Meyers still hasn't done much. A Meyers trade would elevate Tre Tucker to WR1 status in the desert.
