Ottawa Senators goaltender Anton Forsberg will start between the pipes on Sunday against Buffalo. He is getting his first action since Dec. 18 when Forsberg suffered a 4-2 defeat against Minnesota. The Swedish netminder started the campaign as Ottawa's No. 1, but he has been playing second fiddle ever since Cam Talbot was able to make his season debut after recovering from a rib injury. Talbot had a 7-3-1 hot streak in December, so it's been very hard for Forsberg to force himself into D.J. Smith's plans. However, he has gotten the nod for the first game of 2023 and can leave a big impression with a good performance against the league's best offense. Forsberg has already beaten Buffalo once this season, going 5-8-2 overall with a 3.23 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
