Allen Robinson 2019 Player Outlook: Getting Healthy At The Right Time
5 years agoAllen Robinson is being drafted in the seventh or eighth round, and he’s a solid value in both PPR and standard leagues. Robinson hasn’t been able to stay healthy for two years now, he insists that he feels better than ever at this point. There may be injury risk with Robinson, but his expectation is far closer to an WR2 than it is a WR4, where he's being drafted. Trubisky is going to be one more year developed and we can only assume at least a slightly better passer. Robinson put up 10-143-1 in their playoff game vs the Eagles, so he’s obviously a big part of the offense in an ideal circumstance. The whole world seems to be a bit low on Robinson and he will exceed expectations if he can stay on the field. He’s stayed healthy throughout camp and he doesn't look to be lying about his impeccable health. Robinson is still miraculously just 25 years old, so his prime is at his fingertips. His upside is a possession WR1 that will hog targets in the red zone for the Bears if he can stay healthy. Don’t be scared to jump on Robinson in the seventh round.
