Alec Ingold Plans To Play Through Fractured Ribs
4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders fullback Alec Ingold (ribs) suffered two fractured ribs in the Week 9 win over the Chargers, but he is planning to play through the injuries in Week 10 against the division-rival Broncos, according to a source. Ingold is one of the best in the league at his position and has been running back Josh Jacobs' personal bodyguard, so it'll be interesting to see if this affects Las Vegas' rushing attack against a Denver defense that has been surprisingly good at slowing down the run in 2020. With or without Ingold in the fold as a blocker, Jacobs should be considered a strong RB1 against the Broncos this Sunday. The second-year back has 588 rushing yards on 161 attempts (3.7 yards per carry) with six rushing scores, and he's being used more in the passing attack as well.
