MLB DFS Picks Today: Daily Fantasy Baseball Strategy and Tips For FanDuel, DraftKings (6/24/25)

Max Muncy - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Andy's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Tuesday, 6/24/25. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Hello RotoBallers! Today, we have an action-packed 12-game slate on Tuesday evening featuring some of the top pitchers in the sport.

On the hitting side, we will look at the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers, who are in a prime position to light up the scoreboard. On the pitching side, Spencer Strider will look to continue his dominant run in a critical NL East match against the Mets.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/24/2025, with the slate starting at 7:10 p.m. EDT. The lineup picks showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Spencer Strider - ATL at NYM (DK: $10K; FD: $9.5K)

After a modest start, Spencer Strider has returned to his elite form. Over his last two starts, Strider has logged 13 innings to the tune of a 0.75 ERA and a 0.83 WHIP. During this stretch, Strider has struck out 21 batters and walked only two.

This evening, he will face the Mets, whom he just struck out eight times across five innings of work. On the season, the Mets have been quite productive against right-handed pitching, but fading an elite strikeout option like Strider is never a good idea.

Freddy Peralta - MIL vs. PIT (DK: $9.2K; FD: $9.6K)

Freddy Peralta has an elite matchup facing the Pittsburgh Pirates. This season, the Pirates have posted the ninth-highest strikeout rate against right-handed pitching. In addition, the Pirates have generated the third-lowest wRC+ against right-handers as well.

Over his last three outings (17 innings), Peralta has posted an impressive 2.12 ERA with a stellar 0.71 WHIP.

Garrett Crochet - BOS at LAA (DK: $11K; FD: $10.8K)

Garrett Crochet has the best matchup on the slate. Crochet will take on the Angels, who have posted the highest strikeout rate against left-handed pitching this season.

This should play well for Crochet, who has struck out an eye-catching 47 batters over his last 34 innings of work. Even though he will be the chalk play, it will be difficult not to auto-select him when building our lineups.

Also Consider: Kris Bubic vs. TB, Carlos Rodon at CIN

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Max Muncy, 3B - LAD at German Marquez (DK: $4.9K, FD: $3.6K)

Max Muncy will be in a prime position to get on the scoreboard in Coors Field facing German Marquez. Facing Marquez's primary pitch (a four-seamer), Muncy has generated an elite .643 xSLG and a .388 ISO.

Through the season, Muncy has generated a stellar .385 xwOBA and a 51.2% hard-hit rate. On June 22, Muncy launched two long balls and is poised to continue his power surge in the hitter's paradise.

Matt Olson, 1B - ATL at Frankie Montas (DK: $5.5K, FD: $3.7K)

Matt Olson will be facing New York Mets right-hander Frankie Montas in his season debut. Over his last 13 contests entering Monday, Olson has begun to heat up at the plate, posting a .319/.431/.553 line with five doubles and two long balls.

Last season, Montas relied on his four-seamer 33% of the time, which should set Olson up well for success. When facing four-seamers from right-handers, Olson has generated an impressive .663 xSLG, the highest mark on the team among hitters who have seen 100 fastballs.

Willy Adames, SS - SFG vs. Cal Quantrill (DK: $3.8K, FD: $2.9K)

My final infielder to highlight is Willy Adames of the Giants. Adames had a slow start to the campaign but has begun to find his footing with his new club. Over his last 12 contests, Adames has posted a .295/.365/.591 slash line with a double and four round-trippers.

This evening, he will face Miami right-hander Cal Quantrill, who has posted a rough 5.68 ERA through 63 1/3 innings. When facing four-seamers from right-handers this season (Quantrill's primary pitch), Adames has generated a solid .588 xSLG. Given his recent surge, he is a strong target on this slate.

Also Consider: Freddie Freeman, 1B - LAD, Rafael Devers, 3B - SFG, Austin Riley, 3B - ATL

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Shohei Ohtani, 1B/OF on DK, OF on FD - LAD vs. German Marquez (DK: $7.2K, FD: $5.3K)

Like his teammate Muncy, Shohei Ohtani has an elite matchup against Marquez. Over his last nine games, Ohtani has posted a strong .333/.476/.697 line with one double, one triple, and three long balls.

When facing four-seamers from right-handed pitching, the reigning NL MVP has generated a remarkable .826 xSLG and a .407 ISO. He should be viewed as a lock this evening.

Gavin Sheets, OF on DK, 1B/OF on FD - SD vs. Trevor Williams (DK: $3.5K, FD: $2.9K)

Gavin Sheets has primarily been deployed in a platoon role and has a fantastic matchup this evening against Trevor Williams. When facing four-seamers from right-handed pitching (Williams' primary pitch), Sheets has generated a .596 xSLG, which only trails his superstar teammates, Fernando Tatis Jr. and Manny Machado.

Since June 9, Sheets has posted a solid .313/.375/.458 line with four doubles and a long ball.

Marcell Ozuna, OF - ATL at Frankie Montas (DK: $4.5K, FD: $3.1K)

Marcell Ozuna has been in a skid at the plate but should be in a great position to get back on track this evening. When facing four-seamers from right-handed pitching (Montas' primary pitch), Ozuna has posted a .624 xSLG and a .211 ISO.

Over his last nine games, Ozuna has posted a low .587 OPS. However, the .384 xwOBA and 11.9% barrel rate suggest he is in a prime position to see some positive regression.

Also Consider: Ronald Acuna Jr., OF - ATL, Teoscar Hernandez, OF - LAD, Jackson Merrill, OF - SD, Fernando Tatis Jr., OF - SD

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

Los Angeles Dodgers at German Marquez (COL)

The Los Angeles Dodgers will be a popular stack facing Marquez. Marquez enters this game holding a 6.11 ERA and a 1.64 WHIP. Across 73 2/3 innings of work, Marquez has struck out just 50 batters.

Under the hood, he sits in the 15th percentile in xERA and the sixth percentile in xBA. His primary pitch, his four-seamer, has generated a high .428 wOBA and .506 xSLG.

San Diego Padres vs. Trevor Williams (WSH)

The 33-year-old enters this contest against the Padres, holding a 5.54 ERA with a 1.45 WHIP. Through these 74 2/3 innings of work, Williams has tallied a mere 58 strikeouts. He has generated groundballs at a low 36.1% rate and sits with a hefty .277 xBA.

His primary pitch, his four-seamer, has generated a high .447 xSLG and a .344 xwOBA.

Atlanta Braves at Frankie Montes (NYM)

Montas will be making his season debut this evening against the Atlanta Braves. Montas has been on the shelf through the opening months due to a lat injury. During his last two rehab outings at Triple-A, Montas allowed 13 runs across 6 2/3 innings.

Last season, Montas generated a high 4.71 xERA and .247 xBA.

Also Consider: San Francisco Giants vs. Cal Quantrill (MIA), Boston Red Sox at Tyler Anderson (LAA)
