MLB DFS: DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (6/26/24) - Today's Top Lineups

Jarren Duran - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Prospects News

The top MLB DFS daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings on June 26, 2024. Mike Barner's MLB DFS sleepers picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Wednesday brings a tricky DFS slate. DraftKings will include six games in their main evening slate, while FanDuel will opt to include only five of them. Weather could also be a factor in a couple of spots.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/26/2024, with the slate starting at 7:10 p.m. EDT. The lineup picks will range from some elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is also essential.

Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Luis Gil at NYM ($10,300 DraftKings; $10,400 FanDuel)

Gil finally had a bad start, allowing seven runs over 1.1 innings against the Orioles in his last outing. Even with that blowup, he has a 2.77 ERA and a 3.31 FIP for the season. His strikeout rate sits at 29.3 percent, and he has allowed just 47 hits over 81.1 innings. In a limited slate, Gil stands out as someone to consider. The only reason to potentially pause with him is that there is some rain in the forecast that could cause a delay.

Gavin Stone at CWS ($8,800 DraftKings; $9,800 FanDuel)

Stone continues to be a reliable member of the Dodgers’ starting rotation. He has made 14 starts for them this season, giving up three or fewer runs in 12 of them. Over 80 innings, he has allowed just six home runs. The one downside with him is that his 19.1 percent strikeout rate limits his upside. Still, a matchup against a White Sox team that has scored the fewest runs in baseball makes him an appealing option.

Kutter Crawford vs. TOR ($8,200 DraftKings; $9,400 FanDuel)

The Blue Jays have their own offensive problems, scoring the fourth-fewest runs in baseball. They have only hit 69 home runs as a team. To put that into perspective, Aaron Judge and Juan Soto have combined to hit 48 home runs for the Yankees. Things won’t get much easier for them against Crawford, who has a 3.59 ERA and a 3.99 FIP.

Also consider: Simeon Woods Richardson at ARI

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Austin Riley – 3B, ATL vs. Andre Pallante ($5,100 DK; NA FD)

It took a while, but Riley finally caught fire at the plate. Over his last 10 games, he is 15-for-34 (.441) with five home runs and four doubles. This is the second game of a doubleheader between these two teams, and it is not included on FanDuel. Kyle Gibson will start Game 1 for the Cardinals. Pallante was originally scheduled to start Wednesday, so while he hasn’t officially been named the starter for Game 2 yet, he certainly could be as first pitch approaches. He has struggled to the tune of a 1.62 WHIP this season.

Matt Olson – 1B, ATL vs. Andre Pallante ($5,000 DK; NA FD)

Olson has also underperformed this season, recording a .201 ISO and a .334 wOBA. His barrel rate checks in at 10.8 percent, which is on pace to be the lowest mark of his career. Like Riley, he has started to perk up at the plate by hitting 13-for-47 (.277) with three home runs and four doubles over his last 12 games. Since the beginning of last season, he has hit 50 home runs against right-handed pitchers, compared to just 16 of them against lefties.

David Hamilton – SS, BOS vs. Yariel Rodriguez ($4,200 DK; $3,100 FD)

Rodriguez has been limited to 16.2 innings this season because of injuries. Those innings haven’t been great, either, with his 5.94 ERA and 4.83 FIP. He has been wild, posting a 13.6 percent walk rate on his way to a 1.92 WHIP. Hamilton doesn’t bring much power to the plate, but he does have 21 stolen bases. With how often Rodriguez has allowed hitters to reach base, Hamilton could wreak havoc in this game.

Also consider: Ozzie Albies, Rafael Devers, Ceddanne Rafaela

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Marcell Ozuna – OF, ATL vs. Andre Pallante ($6,000 DK; NA FD)

A few members of the Braves’ lineup are having disappointing seasons. Things could be ugly for them if it weren’t for Ozuna, who has a .279 ISO and a .420 wOBA. He has been mashing at the plate, recording an 18.2 percent barrel rate and a 54.2 percent hard-hit rate. Pallante only has a career 15.7 percent strikeout rate, so his lack of swing-and-miss stuff could lead to another excellent stat line for Ozuna.

Jarren Duran - OF, BOS vs. Yariel Rodriguez ($5,500 DK; $4,000 FD)

Duran is one of the hottest hitters in baseball right now. Over his last 22 games, he is 36-for-96 (.375) with a .430 OBP and a .615 slugging percentage. For the season, he has a .246 ISO and a .383 wOBA against right-handed pitchers. Duran should be the centerpiece of any Red Sox stack.

Trevor Larnach – OF, MIN vs. Ryne Nelson ($3,900 DK; $2,800 FD)

In his first extended stint in the majors last year, Nelson posted a 5.31 ERA and a 5.07 FIP across 144 innings. It has been much of the same from him this season with his 5.18 ERA and 4.52 FIP through 64.1 innings. His strikeout rate sits at just 15.1 percent. His inability to miss bats has contributed to his bloated 1.51 WHIP. This is a good matchup to take a chance on Larnach, who has lowered his strikeout rate from 34.0 percent last year to 19.3 percent this season.

Also consider: Aaron Judge, Tyler O'Neill, Heliot Ramos
