In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/30/16. Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays

Michael Pineda (NYY) @ BOS

FanDuel - $7,700 / DraftKings - $7,200

Sure, Pineda has a 6.95 ERA through four starts. But he also has 27 K in 22 innings. Plus before getting shellacked versus Tampa last week, Pineda had a 3.00 ERA. Boston has crushed righties this year which will only help lower ownership. Pineda has a 3.54 ERA with 34 K in 32 innings versus the Red Sox since 2013. Look for Pineda to rebound and make for a strong tourney play.

Jaime Garcia (STL) vs WAS

FanDuel - $8,300 / DraftKings - $9,100

Garcia has a 1.55 ERA at Busch Stadium since 2015 and gets a Nationals team that, aside from Bryce Harper, has struggled versus lefties (.662 OPS).

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Trevor Bauer (CLE) @ PHI

FanDuel - $8,000 / DraftKings - $8,500

Replacing Carlos Carrasco in the rotation, Bauer strikes out over a batter per inning and gets the hapless Phillies today. The only concern is the Indians limiting his pitch count. I won't let that stop me from getting some shares.

Wei-Yin Chen (MIA) @ MIL

FanDuel - $8,300 / DraftKings -$9,000

On a slate like this no one is going to pay for Chen. The Brewers are hitting .175/.307/.289 versus left-handed pitching as a team. This smells like a tourney entry to me.

Kevin Gausman (BAL) vs CWS

FanDuel - $6,500 / DraftKings - $7,500

The Gasman was excellent to start 2016, throwing five innings with seven strikeouts. He could have gone longer but for a high pitch count. This is a highly touted prospect who is finally getting his chance to stick around. Bargain bin rates for a future stud.

Zack Greinke (ARI) vs COL

FanDuel - $10,000 / DraftKings - $9,200

You wanna pay $10K for an inconsistent Greinke versus the Rockies?  Be my guest. The Rockies have a .740 OPS versus RHP (T-4th in MLB).

Matt Shoemaker (LAA) @ TEX

FanDuel - $8,200 / DraftKings - $5,000

Talk about polar opposites. People may be buying his strong road start to 2016 (1.35 ERA), but that was Oakland and Chicago. This is Globe Life Park in Arlington. I'll pass.
