LEC DFS Lineup Picks for 7/30/21 - FanDuel, DraftKings League Of Legends Daily Fantasy

Nolan Roth's League of Leagues (LoL) analysis and LEC DFS lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings on 7/30/21. He discusses the LEC LoL slates and his top targets.

Welcome to RotoBaller's coverage of League of Legends DFS for both FanDuel and DraftKings. Be on the lookout for coverage of the LPL, LCK, and LCS as well as we have some great analysts covering all LoL leagues for the Summer split. Today, I am focusing on the 5-game LEC slate with contests available on FanDuel and DraftKings.

We are down to the final week of the LEC summer split. With the final week comes super week meaning we get 3 days of LEC this weekend. It is now crunch time for many of the teams looking to make a push into playoffs. 5 of the 6 spots are all but locked in, but there is a four-team race for the final spot.

Today I'll be bringing you my top League of Legends advice, analysis, and picks, for the LEC slate on Friday, July 30th, 2021 at 12:00 PM EST. You can check me out on Twitter @nolanroth10 and follow me for more LOL content!

LEC DFS Matchups

  • Vitality (-190) vs. Schalke
  • SK vs. Astralis (-125)
  • Rogue (-525) vs. XL
  • Mad Lions (-120) vs. G2
  • Misfits vs. Fnatic (-135)

Captain/MVP

Hans Sama - RGE: Hans Sama carries a 66.8% kill participation and leads Rogue in kill share at 26.3%. Rogue often looks to play through bot lane and funnel as much gold as they can into Hans Sama. Rogue should be focused going into this final week as they look to clinch first place in the summer split.

Bwipo– FNC: Fnatic leads the league in kills and Bwipo leads Fnatic in kill participation and is one of the more aggressive players in the league. Going up against Misfits I expect there to be plenty of kills which gives Bwipo the upside you are looking for at captain.

TOP

WhiteKnight- AST: Astralis is tied with XL for the last playoff spot so every game is a must-win at this stage. They now get to face SK which apart from going 2-0 last week have been struggling. WhiteKnight has a 70.2% kill participation and a 27.7% kill share for Astralis and is in a great spot on this slate.

Adam- FNC: Adam leads all top laners in kills this split. He has a tough individual matchup against HiRit but as mentioned earlier I expect this game to be bloody and you will want to have pieces of the winning team. Adam isn’t afraid to use his teleport to clean up any fight across the map and that is exactly what you are looking for in your lineup.

JUNGLE

Bwipo – FNC: If you haven't chosen Bwipo in the captain slot, he is worth considering here

Zanzarah – AST: Zanzarah has an impressive 77.7% kill participation for Astralis. Zanzarah looked great playing Trundle last weekend and as long as he doesn’t get banned I expect Astralis to put him back on his comfort pick.

MID

Larssen - RGE: Larssen is second to Hans Sama in kill share for Rogue and is one of the top mid laners in the league. Rogue is looking to hold onto first place so they won't be taking any game lightly this week. There are some tough individual mid-lane matchups on this slate, but Larssen should be able to win his relatively easily.

MagiFelix – AST: MagiFelix dominates the kill share for Astralis at 31.4%. MagiFelix has been playing Sylas and Orianna recently which are both champions capable of carrying games and putting up huge scores. Blue has been the worst mid laner in the league, in the lane phase of the game which should allow MagiFelix to build up a big lead.

ADC

Hans Sama - RGE: Hans Sama is a great choice at ADC if you haven’t taken him as captain.

Upset – FNC: Upset leads the LEC in kills by six going into the final week and will be looking to ensure he takes home the title. A bloody game against Misfits could be just what he needs to build on his lead. Upset has a GD10 of 235 and an XP10 of 134 so he has consistently been able to find early advantages. He carries a 30% kill share for Fnatic who also

SUPPORT

Hylissang- FNC: Hylissang is one of my favorite supports to play in DFS. First off he plays on Fnatic who love to fight and lead the league in kills and secondly he is one of the most aggressive supports in the league.

Trymbi – RGE: Deciding between Hyli and Trymbi will come down to pairing up support and ADC. Both bot lane duos are aggressive and find plenty of 2v2 kills in lane. Trymbi has a 67.7% kill participation.

TEAM

Astralis: Astralis should win this game and come in cheaper than some of the big favorites on the slate. Astralis have struggled controlling neutral objectives this split so they do carry some risk, but SK has been pretty bad as well.

Rogue: Rogue are the biggest favorites on the slate and should control this game from start to finish. Rogue games often reach the 30-minute mark allowing for plenty of opportunities for them to rack up points in the team slot.

Final Thoughts

The G2 and Mad Lions game is going to be a great game. G2 will tie MAD in the standings with a win meanwhile MAD will stay within a game or potentially tie Rogue with a win. I can see it going either way so I will be staying away from it in DFS. Fnatic, Rogue, and Astralis are the main teams I am looking at on this slate. Vitality has a good matchup against Schalke but just has not been playing well enough to feel comfortable about playing them.
