LEC DFS Lineup Picks for 7/03/21 - FanDuel, DraftKings League Of Legends Daily Fantasy

Nolan Roth's League of Leagues (LoL) analysis and LEC DFS lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings on 7/03/21. He discusses the LEC LoL slates and his top targets.

Welcome to RotoBaller's coverage of League of Legends DFS for both FanDuel and DraftKings. Be on the lookout for coverage of the LPL, LCK, and LCS as well as we have some great analysts covering all LoL leagues for the Summer split. Today, I am focusing on the 5-game LEC slate that has contests available on both FanDuel and DraftKings.

My name is Nolan Roth and I will be covering LEC DFS content all split long here on RotoBaller. I have been playing LEC DFS for the last few years and I look forward to sharing my picks and breakdowns with everyone.

Today I'll be bringing you my top League of Legends advice, analysis, and picks, for the LEC slate on Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST. You can check me out on Twitter @nolanroth10 and follow me for more LOL content!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

LEC DFS Matchups

  • Vitality (-350) vs. XL
  • Schalke (-155) vs. Astralis
  • SK vs. Fnatic (-450)
  • Misfits vs. G2 (-135)
  • Rogue (-150) vs. Mad Lions

Captain/MVP

Bwipo - FNC: We all know Fnatic is a team that is happy to fight. That is music to our ears when choosing a captain. Bwipo has been heavily involved in fights leading Fnatic in kill participation.

Hans Sama– RGE: Hans leads Rogue in both kill share and kill participation while also having the lowest death share. His laning stats are the best of any ADC in the league. The RGE/MAD game has sneaky kill potential and Hans Sama offers tons of upside.

TOP

Adam - FNC:  Adam continues to put up good numbers. Fnatic is allowing Adam to have the counter pick in his lane for most of their games so far. We would like to see Adam perform better during the early part of the game but he has been able to overcome some slow starts and rack up kills and assists during team fights

BrokenBlade- S04: BrokenBlade is Schalke's best player. The team has been performing poorly, but this is a spot where BrokenBlade should have success. Whiteknight isn't a player to be scared about and this is a winnable game for Schalke. If Schalke can pull out the win we could see a ceiling game from B.B

JUNGLE

Bwipo – FNC: If you haven't chosen Bwipo in the captain slot, he is worth considering here

Inspired - RGE: Inspired had a slow start to the split, but has really begun to put up the type of numbers we want. His matchup against Elyoya is a tough one but I see Rogue pulling out the win in this game. Inspired is second to Hans Sama in kill participation so we know he will be heavily involved for Rogue.

MID

Larssen - RGE: Larssen goes great in a Rogue stack. I would avoid playing him in the captain slot as both Hans and Inspired are better options on this slate. He has really only had one "pop-off" game so far but he is extremely talented and is capable of putting up slate winning numbers at any time.

Nisqy – FNC: Nisqy continues to be one of the cheaper Fnatic members. While his kill share has been dropping, we know Fnatic loves to fight. Much like Larssen, there are better captain choices on Fnatic, but he goes great in a team stack.

ADC

Hans Sama - RGE: If you haven't played Hans Sama at the captain position, lock him in here

Crownshot – VIT: Vitality has been playing really well and Crownshot has been a key part of their success. He leads the team in gold share and Vitality is happy to play around their bot lane and let Crownshot carry in the late game. This will be XL's second game with the new lineup so they will still be figuring things out and Crownshot and Vitality will take advantage of that.

SUPPORT

Hylissang- FNC: Hylissang is a great choice for your support spot on this slate. Hylissang has no trouble starting up fights for his team and while his death numbers are sometimes high his assist numbers make it worth it. Hylissang and Bwipo should be in all Fnatic stacks on this slate.

Trymbi – RGE: Hylissang is my favourite support on the slate but if playing Hans as your captain it makes some sense to have Trymbi as your support. Kaiser is a really good support on the other side of this game so I would stick to only using Trymbi in lineups with Hans Sama.

TEAM

Vitality: XL are not a good team. While the changes they made to the roster cant make them any worse they are still not in a spot to compete with a team like Vitality. This is a very safe choice for the team slot.

Fnatic: Very similar to Vitality above, SK is really struggling this split while Fnatic has been playing really well. Fnatic would have to play really poorly for SK to have any chance in this game. Typically you don't want to waste a Fnatic spot on the team slot, but if they fit your lineup don't hesitate to lock them in here.

Final Thoughts

Slates like this one make building lineups fun, there are plenty of ways you can construct lineups and every game is worth taking a look at. Fnatic is my favorite place to start as we know their games always feature plenty of kills. The Rogue and Mad Lions game will be great to watch and the winner of that game should put up plenty of points. Enjoy the games and as always reach out to me on Twitter if you have any questions.
