LCS/LEC DFS Lineup Picks for 8/29/21 - FanDuel, DraftKings League Of Legends Daily Fantasy

Nolan Roth's League of Leagues (LoL) analysis and LCS/LEC DFS lineup picks for FanDuel, DraftKings on 8/29/21. He discusses the LCS/LEC LoL slates and his top targets.

Welcome to RotoBaller's coverage of League of Legends DFS for both FanDuel and DraftKings. Be on the lookout for coverage of the LPL, LCK, and LCS as well as we have some great analysts covering all LoL leagues for the playoffs. Today, I am focusing on the 2-game LCS/LEC slate with contests available on FanDuel and DraftKings.

We have finally made it to championship Sunday. Both these matchups feature great teams and it should be a great day of League of Legends. Since it is a 2 game slate,  I will only be providing analysis on one play per position and providing a secondary option.

Today I'll be bringing you my top League of Legends advice, analysis, and picks, for the slate beginning on Sunday, August 29th, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST. You can check me out on Twitter @nolanroth10 and follow me for more LOL content!

Matchups

  • Mad Lions (-140)  vs. Fnatic
  • Team Liquid (-200) vs. 100 Thieves

Captain

Carzzy - MAD: Mad Lions were the Spring split champions and will be looking to defend their title and take home the trophy for Summer as well. Through MAD's seven playoff games. Carzzy's numbers haven't been all that great however, he did lead MAD in kill share at 32% during the season. The next closest was Elyoya at 22.7%.

Secondary Option: Tactical - TL

TOP

Alpahri - TL: Alphari has been excellent throughout the playoffs and is likely the best top laner in the LCS. He has a GD10 of 242 and an XPD10 of 82 and is consistently able to dominate his lane whether he is getting jungle attention or not. He has a kill participation of 68.7% in the playoffs.

Secondary Option: Armut - MAD

JUNGLE

Elyoya – MAD: Elyoya has an impressive 80.3% kill participation for Mad Lions in the playoffs so far to go along with a 9.3 KDA. He also is tied for second on the team in kill share at 23.6%. MAD has put a focus on giving their top lane and jungle, counter pick priority in the playoffs as Elyoya has had his choice in 71% of games.

Secondary Option: Santorin - TL

MID

Jensen - TL: Jensen leads Team Liquid in kill share at 30.2% while only having the counter pick in mid 15% of games in the playoffs. He is also tied with CoreJJ for the highest kill participation at 73.7%.

Secondary Option: Humanoid - MAD

ADC

Carzzy - MAD: If you are using a MAD stack and haven't put Carzzy at captain, get him in your lineups here.

Secondary Option: Tactical - TL

SUPPORT

Kaiser- MAD: Kaiser is one of the more aggressive supports in the league, and aggressive supports are what bring upside at the position. He has a 72.4% kill participation in the playoffs and is a key part of the Mad Lions roster.

Secondary Option: CoreJJ - TL

TEAM

TL: Either of the two teams you have winning on this slate is viable here. TL has secured 76% of the barons in their games these playoffs.

Secondary Option: MAD

Final Thoughts

At this point in the playoffs, every game could go either way. Each series should be great to watch and an argument can be made for playing any of the teams in DFS. This will be a very exciting day of League of Legends. Thank you for following me throughout the LEC split and the LCS/LEC playoffs. I hope many of you were able to put together some winning lineups using the analysis I have provided along the way.
