Sony Michel will indeed be the starting running back for the Rams yet again in Week 14 versus the Cardinals. On Saturday afternoon, it was announced that Darrell Henderson has been placed on the COVID-19 list and will not play in Week 14.

Sony Michel Fantasy Football Outlook for Week 14
Sony Michel filled in admirably for Henderson last week, and that may propel him into a more featured role going forward for the Rams. While there is no indication as of now that he is expected to start and be the lead running back again in Week 14 versus the Cardinals, there are hints and signals pointing towards him getting more carries going forward:
We've seen McVay make late-season changes at the running back position in previous years, so it would not come as a surprise to see the Rams keep riding Michel this week and potentially in future weeks -- especially if they are trying to keep Henderson fresh for the playoffs run.
Should I Start Sony Michel or Should I Start Darrell Henderson?
Sony Michel seems to be emerging for the Rams and fantasy football managers late in the season, while Darrell Henderson seems to be fading a bit. At the very least, we are likely looking at a timeshare between the two running backs for this week, and possibly future weeks, making Michel a solid FLEX play with upside for more in Week 14 versus the Cardinals:
Darrell Henderson has been limited in practice all week, but if he is active it will be tough for fantasy managers to bench him -- especially with a Monday Night Football game lined up, and limited backup options available. But it should be noted that the Rams added another running back off the practice squad, a sign that Henderson may not be fully ready to assume his responsibilities, or there is a fear of in-game re-injury:
