Andrews was injured in Week 11 against the Bengals and missed the rest of the regular season, including the Divisional Round.

Mark Andrews Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Andrews (ankle) was placed on Injured Reserve in Week 11 after suffering ligament damage and a cracked fibula against the Bengals. Initially believed to be a season-ending injury, he showed significant progress and entertained the idea of returning if the Ravens could make a playoff run.
Before the Divisional Round last week, Andrews was activated from the IR. He participated in a limited practice session and two full sessions during his return to the practice field. It appears likely that he will be a full participant again this week, signaling a positive outlook for his chances to play.
According to Ian Rapoport, Andrews is expected to play in the AFC Championship game against the Chiefs. While not entirely surprising given his potential return last week against the Texans, the Ravens are set to receive a substantial boost with the return of their All-Pro tight end.
Mark Andrews Fantasy Football Outlook
From 2019 to 2022, Andrews consistently finished as a top-six PPR tight end each season. In 2023, despite his season being cut short, he concluded with the fifth-highest points per game among all tight ends. His impressive production was evident even before the passing offense took off.
It remains intriguing to observe the workload Andrews will handle upon his return. It wouldn't be surprising if emerging tight end Isaiah Likely continues to play a significant role, given his recent performances. Andrews recorded at least seven targets in all four of his playoff games and at least 10 in each of his last two playoff appearances, including a 73-yard performance in the 2022 loss against the Titans.
The Chiefs boast a strong pass defense, ranking fifth in DVOA this year. However, they have been in the bottom 10 in points allowed to tight ends, surrendering just 44 yards per game to the position. In the recent game, Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox combined for 49 yards despite being prominent parts of the passing game. While Andrews will undoubtedly enhance the Ravens' passing attack, it's unlikely that he will immediately take on a full workload.
