DK Metcalf is a 2024 fantasy football draft sleeper at wide receiver and an ADP draft value. Target DK Metcalf as an undervalued WR in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~32 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~39
ANALYSIS: Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf has been one of the most consistent wideouts year in and year out. The 26-year-old has logged three 1,000-yard campaigns over five seasons, with his lowest output being 900 yards in his rookie year in 2019.
Despite competing with Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba for targets, Metcalf owned 23% of the team's target share in 2023, which ranked 24th among all wideouts last season. He also averaged 5.6 YAC per reception and 12.7 air yards per target, ranking in the top 20 in those categories at his position.
The Seahawks ranked 32nd in offensive snaps last year, but they expect that number to improve with the head coaching switch from Pete Carroll to Mike Macdonald and the swapping of offensive coordinators from Shane Waldron to Ryan Grubb.
Since his rookie season in 2019, DK Metcalf has finished on a fantasy points per game basis as:
➡️ WR48, WR6, WR24, WR23, WR20New coach, new offense in 2024

Metcalf is always a solid pick after finishing as the WR24, WR23, and WR20 over the last three seasons. Fantasy managers should target him around picks 32-to-36 and expect another 1,000-yard and 6-to-8 touchdown season in 2024.
