NFL running back Devine Ozigbo is a potential 2020 fantasy football sleeper and ADP draft value. Target him as an undervalued RB in fantasy football drafts.
BALLER MOVE: Target Around ~120 Overall
CURRENT ADP: ~160
ANALYSIS: The Jaguars backfield situation is getting more interesting by the day. As of a few days ago, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Devine Ozigbo didn't figure to have fantasy relevance in 2020, but he suddenly finds himself on the radar.

First, the Jags made a shocking move by releasing workhorse RB Leonard Fournette a week before kickoff of Week 1. It's no surprise the team was trying to move on from Fournette but the timing was unexpected. Ryquell Armstead was then speculated to step in as the new lead running back, but on September 4th he was placed on the COVID-19 list and won't be allowed to practice or play until he's cleared to return. It's unknown at this time how long that may be, or how long it will take for him to ramp up once cleared.
With no other free-agent signees or draft picks spent at RB, Ozigbo is now likely sitting at the top of a committee where he could share touches with Chris Thompson and Ryquell Armstead, once he returns. Thompson is guaranteed the pass-catching role, leaving Ozigbo for early-down carries. At 5'11", 222 lbs out of Nebraska, he went undrafted after being snubbed for the NFL Combine in 2019. His disappointing 4.70 40 time at his Pro Day didn't help either. Still, Ozigbo has shown great burst on tape and averaged an impressive 7.1 yards per carry in college.
Opportunity is key in fantasy football, especially at the running back position, and stranger things have happened than Devine Ozigbo suddenly becoming a low-end RB2/Flex option to start the season. As the potential lead RB in Jacksonville, Ozigbo can get plenty of volume to make him a steal at his current ADP. If you are looking for a cheaper running back in the middle rounds of your drafts, take a flier on Ozigbo.
