Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineup Picks (11/13/17): NBA DFS Advice For FanDuel, DraftKings

After a limited Sunday slate, the NBA features nine games to keep DFS contests interesting on Monday night.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel and DraftKings on 11/13/17.

The DFS lineup picks featured in this article will mostly bypass the obvious choices and focus more on value plays. Let's not waste any time and jump right in!

DFS Guards to Consider

Stephen Curry - PG/SG, vs. ORL ($9,200 DK, $9,200 FD)

The game between Golden State and Orlando is slated to be the highest scoring game on Monday night's slate which is always a good thing as far as DFS is concerned. Orlando is allowing nearly 19 points per contest to opposing point guards which should make Steph Curry a welcome addition to any roster. He is a game-time decision due to a thigh contusion so keep an eye on that, especially if your contest doesn't have a "late-swap" option.

Ben Simmons - PG/SF, @ LAC ($8,500 DK, $9,300 FD)

With injuries to Markelle Fultz and Jerryd Bayless, Ben Simmons could find himself starting at the one on Monday night. Without Patrick Beverley, who is listed as a game-time decision because of a knee issue, the door could be open for the potential Rookie of the Year to exploit a Clippers defense that is having issues defending point guards this season. Though Steph Curry is still a good option, I like Simmons even more.

Tyreke Evans - SG/SF, @ MIL ($6,500 DK, $6,800 FD)

What the hell happened to Tyreke Evans? After seeing his numbers dwindle throughout the years, he is finally playing well again. He is averaging 19 points over the past 10 contests and should have solid night against a Milwaukee team that is allowing 28 points per game to opossing off guards this season.

Other DFS Guards to Consider: Damian Lillard, E'Twaun Moore, Austin Rivers, Tim Hardaway

DFS Forwards to Consider

Anthony Davis - PF, vs. ATL ($11,000 DK, $11,400 FD)

Just like DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis is putting up huge numbers on a team with limited offensive options outside of the aforementioned two and Jrue Holiday. In addition, New Orleans is dealing with a crap-load of injuries at the moment which will equal more minutes and more shots for Davis against a horrific Atlanta Hawks team.

Kristaps Porzingis - PF, vs. CLE ($9,600 DK, $9,600 FD)

Speaking of team's with limited offensive options, the New York Knicks fall into that category. Luckily, Kristaps Porzingis has put the team on his back and those in the "Big Apple" should be thankful for it. He is averaging 30 points and over two blocks per contest and will be going up against a team that is struggling defensively at the moment.

Blake Griffin - PF, vs. PHI ($8,700 DK, $8,400 FD)

Blake Griffin on any roster becomes even more appealing if Patrick Beverley and Danilo Gallinari sit out again, which has been the norm as of late. Griffin is playing big minutes and should have a solid outing against a Sixers team that has had their own issues with injuries. At such a discounted price, you can't ask for much more than the 22 points and eight boards that Griffin is bringing to the table this season.

Other DFS Forwards to Consider: Giannis Antetokounmpo, LeBron James, Kevin Durant (especially if Steph Curry is out), Kyle Kuzma.

DFS Centers to Consider

DeMarcus Cousins - C/PF, vs. ATL ($11,300 DK, $11,700 FD)

While everyone continues to clamor over James Harden, LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo, and rightfully so, DeMarcus Cousins has taken a back seat despite being the most effective fantasy option this season. "Boogie" is a monster, averaging 28 points, 14 boards and nearly two blocks per game. Everyone should be building their lineups around him on Monday night.

Joel Embiid - C, @ LAC ($7,900 DK, 8,800 FD)

The Clippers are allowing nearly 19 points per game to opposing centers this season which makes Joel Embiid a nice, lower-priced option capable of exceeding his asking price by far. When most people see DeAndre Jordan, it automatically scares them away from playing anyone matched up against him. Don't be scared though, Embiid will hold his own but may take a slight dip in the rebounding department in this one.

Other DFS Centers to Consider: Marc Gasol, Jusuf Nurkic
