Welcome back to the DFS Patrol. Regular season basketball is officially over which means it's all baseball here on out. In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 4/25/16. Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays

Madison Bumgarner (SF) vs SD

FanDuel - $11,000 / DraftKings - $12,000

Bumgarner has 29 strikeouts in 23 innings and has eclipsed 35 FanDuel points in three of his four starts. Pitching at home versus the Padres, he's a sure thing to reach that point total. I'm going with Bumgarner over Syndergaard since he gets Drew Pomeranz instead of Raisel Iglesias, making the Giants a bigger favorite.

Danny Salazar (CLE) @ MIN

FanDuel - $9,200 / DraftKings - $10,700

Salazar has a 1.47 ERA to start 2016 and has topped 40 points twice already, including a 57 point outing his second start. The Twins have struck out over nine times per game, 5th worst in baseball.

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Ian Kennedy (KC) @ LAA

FanDuel - $8,200 / DraftKings - $8,800

Kennedy has been reborn in Kansas City, striking out 21 hitters in 20 innings and posting a 1.35 ERA. The Angels have struggled versus RHP this year and ownership should be low for Kennedy given the alternatives.

Kevin Gausman (BAL) @ TB

FanDuel - $6,500 / DraftKings - $8,600

Here's your Coors stack combo on FanDuel at least. Gausman will be making his debut at Tampa and flashes some serious strikeout potential. My only concern is Buck Showalter putting him on a short leash, but the price is too good to pass up.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Zack Greinke (ARI) vs STL

FanDuel - $10,400 / DraftKings - $9,700

Greinke has rebounded quite well since a rough first two starts, but here's not the place to use him. Chase Field is a hitter friendly park, the Cardinals offense is threatening, Jaime Garcia is a formidable opponent, and the price tag is too high. Whew, long sentence complete.

Nathan Eovaldi (NYY) @ TEX

FanDuel - $9,100 / DraftKings - $6,400

This is more-so for FanDuel. $9,100 is crazy talk, even with Eovaldi's high strikeout potential. Globe Life Park is a hitters park and the Rangers are beginning to come alive on offense.
