About Kyle Braver - RotoBaller

I grew up in Southern California deep in Dodgers territory (though in the beach town I lived in, surfing was about as popular as football and baseball), but I didn't pay much attention to baseball at all until 2010 when I was in college up in Davis. I got caught up in the Giants playoff run, and much to my high school friends' dismay, SF Giants baseball has been in my blood ever since. Fantasy came hand in hand with this passion of mine and I learned to love the deeper connection and experience with the game of baseball fantasy affords its players. Although I'm a Giants fan, I've long admired the Houston Astros (I tell most people that they have the smartest front office in baseball and I mean it), and I look forward to the day (hopefully soon) that they're contenders again. I look forward to bringing all you guys the latest fantasy news and analysis from Houston. There are some fun seasons ahead.

Kyle Braver - RotoBaller has written 145 articles so far, you can find them below.

Top 5 Hitter Streamers & Waiver Wire Targets For Week 22

Depending on the league you play in, your fantasy season may be almost over at this point in the year. Especially if you play in any sort of format involving a playoff bracket, this could very well be the last week that you have to make a difference before the playoff spots are determined. That... Top 5 Hitter Streamers For Week 21: Waiver Wire Targets

It's hard to believe the fantasy season is already winding to a close, but if you play in standard leagues (and even most custom leagues), you're on the home stretch by now. I'll keep this introduction short and sweet then. You all know the drill: below are five hitters owned in fewer than 50% of leagues who... Read More

Top 5 Hitter Streamers For Week 20: Sleeper Waiver Wire Targets

This might be my favorite time of the year. Baseball is gearing up into its playoff stretch, fantasy players are duking it out for the right to championship honors, and football teams are strapping on the pads and getting ready for the first few games of the preseason. It's a good time to be a... Read More

Top 5 Hitter Streamers For Week 19: Waiver Wire Targets

The trade deadline has officially passed, and I for one must say it was a week to remember, to be sure. Lester is now an Oakland Athletic, David Price is now a Tiger, and somehow the former MVP candidate Allen Craig has found his way onto the Red Sox. Most importantly for fantasy owners,... Read More

Top 5 Hitter Streamers For Week 18: Waiver Wire Targets

I spent about 2.5 hours tonight watching my Giants get their faces beaten in by the Dodgers on Friday night. It was an 8-1 loss and an ugly one at that, with the Dodgers simply battering former Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum. I bring this up both as an excuse to whine (alright mostly to... Read More

We're only about a week and a half away from the All Star break now, and as the season begins to move into its second half, fantasy owners should have a pretty firm idea of the strengths and weaknesses of their squad. In many ways this makes hunting on the waiver wire easier. You know... Read More
