Jonathan Bernier returned from a lower-body injury to stop 33 of 35 shots in a New Jersey road win. Bernier not only stopped several high-danger chances, but he also kept a returning Sidney Crosby off the scoreboard. The biggest difference the goaltender made was the penalty kill that allowed New Jersey to take and hold on to their lead. There may be a question as to who will start on Sunday against Columbus.
