Buffalo Sabres center Jack Eichel missed Friday's team practice because of an upper-body injury sustained while training. The star forward is considered day-to-day. This is surely not the start to 2021 that the Sabres envisioned, so hopefully Eichel will be ready for the start of the season. He put up 78 points in 68 games in 2019-20, and he projects to reach similar heights with Taylor Hall now on his wing. Assuming the injury is not serious, Eichel remains a surefire first-rounder in fantasy drafts.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
