NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb is a potential 2020 fantasy football sleeper and ADP draft value. Target him as an undervalued WR in fantasy football drafts.

ANALYSIS: Houston Texans wide receiver Randall Cobb could be a major part of the offense this season for the simple reason that the team does not have any alpha receivers on its roster.
Brandin Cooks, Will Fuller IV, and Kenny Stills are all cut by the same mold, specializing in speed and deep routes, and there is not a viable tight end on the roster worthy of a heavy target volume, which leaves Cobb all alone in the middle of the field to soak up targets. Last season playing that role in Dallas Cobb was able to rack up 828 yards on 55 receptions (83) for 3 TDs over the year. That was a very neat production (154.9 PPR points) good to finish the year as the WR44 and 109th-best player overall, almost doubling his ROI (he had an ADP of around 215).
Although PFF projects Cobb to drop his production-levels a bit (119 PPR), he is still expected to be targeted 60+ times catching 45+ of those passes for 550+ yards and 3 more touchdowns, mimicking last year's mark. If you ask me, though, I see no reason he could get to 100 targets and 70 receptions as there is no player better suited to be quarterback Deshaun Watson's safety blanket this season in Houston. Watson himself knows his other three receivers are one-trick ponies, and if you read between the lines you will see a ton of mid-level targets for Cobb because go-routes don't always work.
Cobb's ADP is WR68, he's virtually undrafted in every league, but he comes with a good chance of outperforming that price/expectations. Consider him one a great last-round flier to play as your FLEX option weekly at the very least.
