Boston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts was drilled in the back by a thrown ball during the first inning of Sunday's game against the Rangers. Betts originally attempted to stay in the game, but was removed in the second inning for Blake Swihart. It seemed like it was the shoulder area that was giving Betts the most trouble and more updates about his health will come after the game. Fantasy owners will be holding their breath and hoping that the AL MVP candidate is okay as Betts has been mashing to start the year. His production has been off the charts with 13 HR, 26 RBI, and a .352 average through 29 games.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
