Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 7:
Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers ranks as the fantasy QB3 since Week 3 and gets another favorable matchup against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7. New Orleans is allowing the eighth-most passing yards per contest and the most points per game to opposing offenses.
While Pittsburgh's receiving corps is thin, Rodgers' chemistry with DK Metcalf and Germie Bernard was on full display in Week 6. There's little reason to think they can't pick up where they left off in Sunday's game in Paris. With several of the league's top fantasy quarterbacks on bye this week, Rodgers profiles as one of the best streaming options on the slate and can be started with confidence in most formats.
Kyler Murray, Minnesota Vikings
For the first time since the opening quarter of the season, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray will have his full complement of pass catchers when the team plays host to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7. Receiver Justin Jefferson (ankle), tight end T.J. Hockenson (concussion), and receiver Jordan Addison (hamstring) do not carry injury designations into the game, giving the veteran quarterback a boost after the offense played its best game before a Week 6 bye.
Even better for fantasy managers is that Murray deftly used his trademark running ability last time out, extending several plays for first-down throws and scrambling 10 times for 51 yards. The Colts, who rank dead last in pressure percentage and tied for 32nd in turnover rate, present another opportunity for Murray to perform like a QB1 again. He's RotoBaller's No. 13 quarterback this week.
Kirk Cousins, Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins should be up to the challenge in Week 7, even against a tough Los Angeles Rams defense. The veteran aired it out against the Buffalo Bills in Week 6, completing 23 of 41 passes for 313 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in a 33-30 loss.
The Rams defense ranks second overall against the air game, allowing just 167 passing yards per game and eight passing TDs across six games, which will serve as a steep challenge for the seasoned quarterback. However, bye weeks for a handful of QB1s in Week 7 make Cousins' relative consistency attractive. He is a solid QB2 or streaming option this week.
Bo Nix, Denver Broncos
The Denver Broncos face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 7, and despite the Cardinals giving up the fourth-most fantasy points above expectation to the position, Broncos quarterback Bo Nix remains virtually unplayable in almost all formats. Nix's 6.3-yard average depth of target ranks 36th of 38 qualified quarterbacks in 2026. He has topped 215 passing yards only once in his six starts while providing almost nothing on the ground.
In 2025, Nix added 3.4 fantasy points per game with his legs, but after an offseason spent rehabbing the fractured ankle he sustained in a playoff win over the Bills, that number has dropped to -0.4 points per game when factoring in his league-leading six fumbles. Despite the favorable matchup, the third-year quarterback is RotoBaller's QB18 in a week with four NFL teams on bye.
C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans
Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud had a strong day in London, leading the team to a 34-31 Week 6 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Stroud completed 24 out of 34 passes (70.6%) for 312 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.
Stroud added one rushing attempt for five yards. While Stroud threw an interception in the end zone to Jaguars cornerback Travis Hunter with under four minutes to play, it did not end up costing the Texans the game, and Stroud carved up the Jacksonville defense throughout the day.
He connected on a touchdown pass with wide receiver Jaylin Noel and found tight end Foster Moreau for two scores. Stroud is playing well and has an ideal matchup against the New York Giants in Week 7. He should be started in all formats.
