Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Thursday, 6/18/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
We have a small five-game Thursday main slate on tap tonight. There are tremendous hitting conditions in three of the five games being played today, so this is one of those slates where truly anything can happen. I am going to be paying close attention to ownership tonight and make decisions from there.
If you have not had a chance to check out my model, I will refer to it throughout this article. To get a better sense of where I am, not only on today's slate but on every slate, please give it a look. My plays are solely based on numbers, and this model is the brain behind the operation. I have also created a hitter model that is not public, but I will reference it in this article.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/18/2026, with the slate starting at 6:40 p.m. ET on DraftKings and FanDuel. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.
Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Gage Jump, SP - ATH ($7.8K DK/$10.0K FD)
Gage Jump is the clear-cut option on tonight's slate from a matchup perspective. The issue on tonight's slate is that he will be pitching at home at Sutter Health Park, which is a hitter's paradise. The other thing here is that there will be a 15+ mph wind blowing out at first pitch. If he becomes chalk, it will be an easy fade.
Jump has been tremendous early in his MLB career. He has pitched to a 4.14 xFIP, 20.2% K%, 11.6% SwStr%, and a 1.11 WHIP. He has yet to allow a home run. The Angels have a 25.0% K%, .709 OPS, and a 96 wRC+ against southpaws this season, with a 34.6% K% over the last 14 days. There is a ton of ceiling in this spot for Jump.
Top MLB DFS Stack for DraftKings, FanDuel
New York Yankees (Model-Projected IRT of 5.0 runs) vs. Sean Burke
We have tremendous hitting weather at Yankee Stadium. It will be in the upper 80's at first pitch, with a 20 mph wind out to left center field. This is the best hitting weather I have seen at this stadium since I started my model. I expect fireworks.
The Yankees will square off against Sean Burke, who has struggled as of late. He has pitched to a 5.23 xFIP, 1.35 WHIP, 3.48 HR/9, 45.9% FB%, and a 43.2% Hard Hit% over the last 14 days. The Yankees have a .820 OPS and a 127 wRC+ during that span. If these trends continue in these elements, it is going to be a short night for Burke.
Favorite Targets: Ben Rice, Jasson Dominguez, Spencer Jones, Cody Bellinger, Amed Rosario, Jose Caballero
Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Ben Rice, C (FD Only)/1B - NYY ($5.9K DK/$4.3K FD)
Ben Rice is the top bat in my handiness model for the Yankees tonight. He has a .435 wOBA, .345 ISO, and a 1.037 OPS against RHP over his last 36 ABs. Burke has allowed a .370 wOBA, .220 ISO, and a .839 OPS to LHH during that span. Rice is a perfect pairing with the other LHH in this Yankees lineup.
