MLB Home Run Player Prop Bets Today: Best Hitter HR Props (6/13/2026)

Colton Cowser - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Kevin's best MLB player prop bets for today (6/13/2026). Bet his home run props (HR props) and win money betting on MLB player props, including Colton Cowser, James Wood, and others!

Welcome back, RotoBallers! It's a fine-looking Saturday with plenty of opportunity on the board. The ball should continue flying down in Vegas, but those odds seem a bit too short for the long ball if you're asking me. There's going to be plenty of same game parlay energy there if you want it, but let's find a little more value on the board.

I like quite a few spots in the afternoon slate against a trio of pitchers just begging to be faded. Overall, I have four hitters I'm backing today and, spoiler alert, they're all lefties who are crushing. Make sure to check out the RotoBaller Discord, where you can find input from all our experts, which could include more home run spots as well as some great strikeout picks.

Below, you'll be able to read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Saturday, June 13, 2026. The current odds given reflect the best price as of the time of publication, but remember to always shop around at other sportsbooks so you can get the most value on your home run wagers. Odds can vary significantly from one sportsbook to another.

MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (6/13/2026)

Colton Cowser OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+553, DraftKings)

Earlier this week, I wrote about Cowser in my weekly breakouts vs fake outs article. I had some initial concerns with his season-long hard-hit rate, but in a matchup against San Diego's Randy Vasquez, I think I'm willing to look past it. Besides, Cowser has been getting everything in the air lately, so that gives him more opportunities to barrel baseballs a long way.

Over the last week, he's posted a 70% fly-ball rate. That's not a typo. Over the last two weeks, it's still up at 62.5%. So there's a very, very concerted effort to get the ball in the air. Tie that together with an 18.8% barrel rate over the last two weeks, and it makes for a really solid formula to hit the ball out of the park.

Vasquez, meanwhile, has been getting hit harder over his last four starts. He's given up six homers in his last four games. HIs 13.5% barrel rate is in the third percentile while allowing a 47.0% hard-hit rate, putting him in the eighth percentile.

On the road, he's posting a 50.0% fly-ball rate to lefties. That will match up really well with Cowser's recent streak in which he's hit three homers in his last six games.

Vasquez attacks lefties mainly with a combo of four-seamers, cutters, curves, and changeups. Cowser's best opportunities will come against four-seamers and cutters. If Vasquez leaves them up, as he has been lately, then Cowser should be able to cash this with a long ball that makes it to Eutaw St.

James Wood OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+350, BetRivers)

If I have the opportunity to bet on James Wood, then you are absolutely going to find me betting on James Wood. I don't even need the solid matchup against Mariners' starter Luis Castillo, but hey, I'll take it!

Wood continues to be one of the best hitters in the game, finding himself in the 99th or 100th percentile in xwOBA, hard-hit rate, and barrel rate. He's an absolute machine and is posting a 22.2% barrel rate over the last 14 days. There aren't many ways to stop him.

Castillo has been better over his last four appearances, but that isn't stopping me here. That's because the four pitches Castillo attacks lefties with (four-seamer, slider, changeup, sinker) are all pitches that Wood has been great against. That shouldn't be a surprise, but there's not really a pitch Castillo throws that I'm all that worried about here.

To add to it, Wood made a more concerted effort this season to get balls in the air. Against righties at home, he's posting a 49.2% fly-ball rate with a 24.1% HR/FB rate. Castillo allows a 50% fly-ball rate to lefties on the road to go along with a 14.8% HR/FB rate.

Everything is adding up for a solid day for Wood, and I'm more than happy to back him here.
