What an awesome Tuesday night slate we have on tap tonight. There are plenty of options on the board to choose from, including many environments that have good hitting weather, as well as elite matchups on both sides of the ball. Tonight, we will dissect the best options to get us to the green.

Top MLB DFS Pitcher for DraftKings, FanDuel
Emmet Sheehan, SP - LAD ($8.5K DK/$8.5K FD)
It seems like I keep targeting the Padres, and I do not mind at all. Sheehan will square off against them on the road tonight in Petco Park, which is a pitcher-friendly park. The Padres have a 3.5 implied run total in my pitchers' model tonight.
Sheehan looks great in this spot. He has pitched to a 3.10 xFIP, 28.0% K%, 15.8% SwStr%, 1.25 WHIP, and a 1.51 HR/9 this season. He has been plagued a bit by the home run ball, but over his last two starts has toned it down to 0.84 HR/9. Petco Park plays to his weaknesses, as it's a big park that's tough to hit HRs in.
The Padres are the reason we are interested here, as they have struggled with RHP in 2026 and are trending in the wrong direction. They have a 22.9% K%, .685 OPS, and a 96 wRC+ against RHP this season. Over the last 30 days, they have a 25.2% K% with a .670 OPS and a 91 wRC+. This is a team I want to keep attacking, and tonight is no different.

Minnesota Twins (Model-Projected IRT of 4.6 runs) vs. Lance McCullers Jr.
The Twins, for the second day in a row, stand atop my stack grades in my hitter model. Tonight, they will square off against the Houston Astros at home at Target Field. It will be cold, with temperatures in the low 50s at first pitch, but there will be a 10+ mph wind blowing out to RF.
Lance McCullers has really struggled after his first few starts. He has posted a 4.70 xFIP, 1.67 WHIP, 2.25 HR/9, 38.8% FB%, and a 31.3% Hard Hit over the last 30 days. He has a 2.00 WHIP and a 3.38 HR/9 over his last two starts. McCullers has allowed a .801 OPS to RHH this season as well as a .901 OPS to LHH, so a full stack is certainly viable in this spot.
The Twins have been up and down in their own right. This season, they have a .699 OPS and a 96 wRC+ against RHP. They have a 4.4 implied run total on tonight's slate, and with their current pricing, my top stack on the slate.

Top MLB DFS Hitter for DraftKings, FanDuel
Evan Carter, OF - TEX ($4.2K DK/$3.2K FD)
I wish this Rangers team had a bit more LHH to take advantage of Tanner Gordon's splits, but the ballpark upgrade here and the matchup make them core plays. Carter this season has a .315 wOBA, .175 ISO, and a .690 OPS against RHP. Gordon has allowed a .485 wOBA, .425 ISO, and a 1.269 OPS against LHH, making the lefties in this order elite plays. Pair Carter with Brandon Nimmo tonight and print some money.
