Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Monday, 3/30/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
Happy work week, Monday, everyone. It makes it a little easier to go back to work knowing we have baseball to come home to and watch. What better way to spend company time than reading some DFS picks and strategy?
We have a 10-game slate on the docket tonight and are hitting the back end of many teams' rotations. I expect this to be a high-scoring slate tonight where offense is key, but there are plenty of spots on the mound tonight that can help us afford to pay up for bats.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 3/30/2026, with the slate starting at 7:07 p.m. ET. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Pitcher
Edward Cabrera, SP - CHC ($8.5K DK/$9.5K FD)
Edward Cabrera will make his season debut in his new uniform today for the Cubs. He will get his first taste of pitching at home with the wind blowing out, but it should affect him a bit less than most, as he profiles really well at this park.
Cabrera in 2025 with the Marlins posted a 3.62 xFIP, 25.8% K%, 12.6% SwStr%, and a 1.23 WHIP. In the second half of the season, he had a 3.38 xFIP, 27.4% K%, 14.1% SwStr%, and a 1.17 WHIP. He allowed a 33.7% FB%, which is great when the wind is blowing out like tonight.
Last season, the Angels had a 27.1% K% and a .693 OPS vs. RHP, with a 92 wRC+. They are red hot, posting a .971 OPS and a 183 wRC+ in their first series of the year against the Astros, but the sample size is too small to really put much weight into that.
Early in the season, I advise not going all in on any pitcher, but this is a great spot for Cabrera in his Cubs debut.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Stack
Toronto Blue Jays (Model Stack Grade- 233) vs. Tomoyuki Sugano
The Blue Jays get an incredible matchup here against Tomoyuki Sugano and the Rockies' bullpen tonight. They are on fire to start the season as they have a 1.067 OPS and a 206 wRC+ vs. RHP in the first few games of 2026.
Sugano last season pitched to a 4.70 xFIP, 1.33 WHIP, 1.89 HR/9, 40.4% FB%, and a 32.8% Hard Hit. The Blue Jays destroyed RHP in 2025 to a .763 OPS and a 113 wRC+. Sugano is a perfect full-stack candidate because he gets hit hard by both sides of the plate.
In 2025, he allowed a .282 wOBA, .463 SLG, and a 40.6% Hard Hit% to RHH and a .273 wOBA, .501 SLG, and a 38.6% Hard Hit% to LHH. There are several hitters in this Jays lineup tonight that match up well with the sweeper and splitter of Sugano. All systems are a go here tonight for the Blue Jays.
Favorite Stack: George Springer, Addison Barger, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Daulton Varsho, Kazuma Okamoto
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Hitter
Trevor Story, SS - BOS ($4.2K DK/$3.3K FD)
Trevor Story will square off against Lance McCullers Jr. tonight. In 2025, McCullers got crushed by RHH. He allowed a .302 wOBA, .555 SLG, 16.9% BRL%, and a 52.8% Hard Hit%. Story slashed .268/.310/.440 with a .749 OPS against RHP last season.
McCullers attacks RHH with a heavy two-pitch mix, which includes the sinker and slider. Last season, Story had a .430 SLG against the sinker and a .640 SLG against the slider from RHP. I love Story against the heavy reverse splits of Lance McCullers Jr.
