Former Florida Gators quarterback DJ Lagway is reportedly expected to visit Florida State as he evaluates options in the transfer portal. The former five-star recruit entered the portal last month after spending two seasons with the Gators and is considered one of the most high-profile quarterbacks available this offseason. Lagway has generated interest from multiple programs, and Florida State appears to be a serious contender for his services as the program looks to reset at the position. The Seminoles are coming off a disappointing 5-7 season in 2025 and will be forced to go in a new direction at quarterback following the departure of incumbent starter Tommy Castellanos.--Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
