Mike Evans, Michael Wilson, Jayden Reed: Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em Picks for Fantasy Football Week 16

Michael Wilson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, NFL DFS Picks

Should I start Mike Evans, Michael Wilson, Jayden Reed for Week 16? Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and recommendations for the 2025 NFL season.

It's almost over, just one game away from the championship game. You need to nail all your start/sit decisions to win this game and get one step closer to winning your fantasy league.

Luckily for you, RotoBaller is here to help. Today, we will cover Mike Evans, Michael Wilson, and Jayden Reed. Evans had a dominant return game, putting up 132 yards in his first game in almost two months. Reed has also looked sharp since returning from injury, while Wilson has been a dominant fantasy wideout since Week 11.

Without further ado, let's look at the fantasy outlook for each player and determine whether they're worth starting in Week 16 of the 2025 season.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Should I Start Mike Evans in Week 16?

His 1,000-yard streak might be pretty much over, but Evans is still a dominant wide receiver. The NFL legend played in just 55.1% of Tampa Bay's offensive snaps in Week 15 after his long injury layoff, but he returned as if he had never left.

Evans finished the game against Atlanta with a season-high 132 yards and injected some much-needed life into a stagnant Buccaneers offense. Despite the loss, the Bucs still control their own playoff destiny, and Evans is ready to do everything to help them get back to their winning ways.

"It is just one of those things that wasn't meant to be, and that is OK, and I am cool with that," Evans said when asked about his 1,000-yard streak. "We are trying to get into that form right now and help this team continue to make plays".

Emeka Egbuka has been struggling, which means Evans will still be the main option on the Buccaneers. They will face the Panthers this week, a team that Evans recorded 215 yards and three touchdowns against in 2024. Evans is a must-start fantasy WR in the final stretch.

Should I Start Michael Wilson in Week 16?

Despite all the talk surrounding him in the media, Marvin Harrison Jr. was on pace to have a 1,000-yard season before he went down with a heel injury in Week 10. He tried to play through it in Week 13 against the Buccaneers, but the pain was simply too much.

However, his injury has opened the door for Wilson to finally break out. Since Week 11, no other fantasy wide receiver has recorded more PPR points than Wilson (115.5).

During this five-game stretch, Wilson has put up 535 yards and three touchdowns, but it looks like MHJ is on his way back. Harrison has been limited in the team's practices this week, which could cause Wilson's fantasy production to decline.

The Cardinals will host the Falcons this week, who have the eighth-ranked pass defense and the 25th-ranked rushing defense. Despite the tough matchup and MHJ's potential return, Wilson is still a WR2 this week.

Should I Start Jayden Reed in Week 16?

Reed suffered a collarbone injury in Week 2, and he also underwent foot surgery during his absence, even though he had initially planned to play through his foot injury this season.

Reed returned fully healthy in Week 14 and has led all Packers WRs in targets (10) since then. His teammate, Christian Watson, suffered a shoulder injury in Week 15, but he avoided a long-term setback and could play next week.

Reed could provide WR3/FLEX value this week against a Bears defense that has allowed the fifth-most receiving touchdowns in the league (27).
