Cleveland Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. continued his productive rookie season with a four-catch, 40-yard performance in a Week 12 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Fannin will now look to keep it going in Week 13's home matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers have been a decent matchup for tight ends this season, allowing the 13th-most fantasy points per game to the position thus far. Fannin has been one of Cleveland's most reliable pass catchers this season and should remain one of the team's top targets in Week 13, setting him up as a low-end TE2 heading into Sunday's games.--Matt Terelle
