RotoBaller's Week 13 NFL DFS value plays, sleeper picks, and tournament stacks for daily fantasy football on FanDuel, DraftKings, and Yahoo. Win big in DFS with our expert research and advice.
In this article, I will highlight my three favorite Week 13 stackable games to target for DFS and give the rationale for how I plan to attack each game. Due to the games on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, the main slate for this Sunday is shallow. With only 10 games to pick from and many of the powerful offenses on full display on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, the pickings were slim. However, I believe I have found three stackable games to help you win your DFS tournaments in Week 13.
We'll start in Pittsburgh, in a class between the Bills and the Steelers. With the Patriots sitting atop the AFC East, the Bills are battling for a wildcard berth and will need to win at least 3 out of their last 6 games. Josh Allen is going to be on full display in this one; this should be "must-watch TV".
Next, we will head to Carolina, where the LA Rams, winners of 6 straight games, look to continue playing well against a Jekyll and Hyde 6-6 Panthers team. For our third and final game stack, we head to Indianapolis, where the Colts host the surging Texans. The Texans have won three straight without C.J. Stroud, but the franchise QB is expected to return after clearing concussion protocol.
NFL DFS Stacks & Value Picks: Week 13 Guide
Teams playing Thursday, Friday, Sunday PM, and Monday PM (not on main slate):
Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles
Buffalo Bills (6-6) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3)
- Current Spread: Bills -3.5
- Current Game Total: 47.5
Josh Allen ($9,400 FanDuel): Allen (24.86 FPPG) had his lowest scoring game of the season against the Texans in Week 12 (24 of 34 passes for 253 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs), a game against arguably the NFL's best defense. Let's act like that game never happened, as this week should provide easier sledding for Allen and the Bills.
The Steelers defense ranks 31st in the NFL in passing yards allowed (258.7 YPG), which makes them prime candidates to bust against a desperate Allen. As the highest-priced QB on the slate, I am fully prepared to invest the $9,400 on Allen. Don't overthink it, it’s Josh Allen.
WR Khalil Shakir ($6,300 FanDuel): The Bills' offense lacks outside playmakers, but Shakir (9.35 FPPG) has flashed, coming off one of his best performances of 2025 (8 catches for 110 yards) in Week 12. This week, he will benefit from the Steelers' 31st-ranked pass defense.
At his low price point, Shakir needs to be rostered as the preferred receiving stack piece. The addition of WR Brandin Cooks this week should be ignored; he is highly unlikely to have a full understanding of the playbook, which should limit his playing time this week.
RB James Cook ($8,800 FanDuel): Cook (19.15 FPPG) ranks as the 6th-best fantasy RB in PPR formats (204.7 points) this season. Last week, he rushed 17 times for 116 yards and a score against the 1st-ranked Texans defense. The Steelers rank 15th against the run, which is middle of the pack, but considering Cook's 2025 production, Cook needs to be rostered.
RB Jaylen Warren ($7,200 FanDuel) & RB Kenneth Gainwell ($6,200 FanDuel): The Bills defense ranks 30th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed (148.9 YPG) and 31st in yards allowed per rush (5.3 YPC). This is the single biggest defensive weakness in this game, and the Steelers must exploit it if they have any chance of winning. The question is which player? Jaylen Warren (12.18 FPPG) should find plenty of room as the lead back.
However, Kenneth Gainwell has been heavily involved over the past two weeks (19 carries and 13 receptions). If you believe the Steelers will fall behind early, Gainwell is the primary DFS target due to his involvement in the passing game. If you believe the Steelers can keep it close and make this a “grind-it-out” football game, Warren is your guy.
WR DK Metcalf ($7,300 FanDuel): Metcalf's ankle injury has limited him a little over the past few weeks (61% of snaps in Week 12). He secured 5 catches for 22 yards with Mason Rudolph last week, but salvaged his fantasy day by rushing for a touchdown on 2 carries for 12 yards. The Bills are tough against the pass (1st in 2025), but Metcalf is worth the dart throw, as he will be heavily targeted in a game where Pittsburgh could fall behind early.
FADES:
Aaron Rodgers ($7,000 FanDuel): The Steelers' offense is in flux due to Rodgers’ wrist injury (he did not practice Wednesday but was a full participant Thursday). If Rodgers is out, Mason Rudolph will get another start. Regardless, the offensive strategy must be conservative, running directly at the Bills' bad run defense.
Steelers Tight Ends: Jonnu Smith ($4,600), Pat Freiermuth ($4,700), Darnell Washington ($4,800). The split workload among these three tight ends, combined with the fact that Buffalo ranks 1st against opposing TEs, makes all of them easy fades.
Recommended DFS Stacks
Allen / Shakir (Bills Passing Stack: Betting on the necessary passing volume and Shakir's low price point.)
Allen / Cook (Bills Passing/Rushing Stack: Banking on Allen's high floor and Cook's elite rushing production.)
Allen / Cook / Warren (Full Stack: The highest-floor full stack, using both Steelers RBs to corner the market on the Bills' catastrophic run defense.)
Allen / Shakir / Gainwell (High Scoring Game Stack): A cheaper option betting on the passing-down running back, Gainwell, to accumulate receptions.
Allen / Cook / Metcalf (Bills rushing + Steelers Receiving Stack): Pairs the two top-scoring pieces for the Bills and runs it back with the Steelers' high-target WR.
Los Angeles Rams (9-2) vs. Carolina Panthers (6-6)
- Current Spread: Rams -10.5
- Current Game Total: 44.5
Matthew Stafford ($8,000 FanDuel): Stafford is humming, throwing for 2,147 yards (6th in the NFL), 21 touchdowns (1st in the NFL), averaging 21.12 FPPG. Though the Panthers' defense played well last week (intercepting Brock Purdy 3 times), the Rams' offense is far more consistent. Stafford's floor sits at 20 fantasy points, and he is a top-3 QB candidate in Week 13.
WR Puka Nacua ($9,300 FanDuel): Despite failing to surpass the 100-yard mark in four straight games, Nacua (17.9 FPPG) remains an elite play. He saw a team-high 11 targets last week, securing 7 of them for 97 yards. Nacua is one of the best WRs in the NFL and should find the endzone in Week 13, putting him in the running for WR 1 on Sunday.
WR Davante Adams ($8,200 FanDuel): Adams (14.74 FPPG) scored twice against the Bucs last week, hauling in 5 passes for 62 yards. He has become Stafford's favorite red-zone target, totaling 12 touchdowns through 12 weeks. While Nacua is the preferred play at his higher price tag, Adams's elite ball skills and touchdown rate make him a solid fantasy option.
RB Kyren Williams ($8,500 FanDuel): Williams is due for a massive bounce-back after a Week 12 dud (12 rushes for 46 yards, 1 catch for 2 yards), which followed weeks of excellent production (20.4, 21.4, and 16.1 fantasy points in Weeks 9-11). Williams has a fantastic opportunity against a Panthers team that ranks 24th against RBs this season.
QB Bryce Young ($6,900 FanDuel): Young had a bad Week 12, completing 18 of 29 passes for 169 yards, 1 touchdown, and 2 interceptions (13.82 FPPG). Young is a pure value play against a tough Rams secondary that ranks 7th best against the QB position. The likely outcome is the Rams running up the score early, forcing the Panthers to pass to keep pace.
WR Tetairoa McMillan ($6,800 FanDuel): McMillan (11.86 FPPG) is one of the few bright spots on this Panthers offense in 2025, leading the team in receptions (56), receiving yards (783), and touchdowns (5). Against the high-scoring Rams offense, McMillan could be a steal in DFS at his $6,800 price tag, provided Young can deliver accurate passes in Week 13.
FADES:
RB Rico Dowdle ($8,200 FanDuel): Dowdle (14.07 FPPG) had his second-worst fantasy performance last week (9.4 points) since becoming the Panthers RB1 in Week 5 (6 carries, his lowest since Week 1). While his workload should bounce back in Week 13, his $8,200 price point against a surging Rams defense makes him a fade.
Recommended DFS Stacks
Stafford / Nacua (Rams Stack): Betting the biggest price tag on the slate pays off with a huge ceiling.
Stafford / Adams / Williams (Rams Triple Stack): Secures the two primary scorers and the high-floor running back, banking on the massive spread.
Stafford / Williams / McMillan (Full Game Stack): Combines the two highest-floor Rams and runs it back with the Panthers' volume leader.
Young / McMillan / Williams (Panthers Passing + Rams Rushing Value Stack): Uses the cheap QB/WR core and runs it back with RB1 for the Rams.
Houston Texans (6-5) vs. Indianapolis Colts (8-3)
- Current Spread: Colts -3.5
- Current Game Total: 44.5
QB C.J. Stroud ($6,800 FanDuel): Stroud (16.12 FPPG) is a high-risk, high-reward play. The Colts' defense is susceptible to the pass, surrendering 342.7 total yards per game (22nd) and 245.4 yards through the air (28th). This is a vulnerable secondary. Stroud's discounted $6,800 price tag accounts for his first game back from a Week 9 head injury, but against this defense, he is a calculated “Black Friday” discount that should be exploited.
WR Nico Collins ($8,100 FanDuel): Collins (12.65 FPPG) has quietly accumulated 48.8 fantasy points over the past 3 weeks. He will continue to be the focal point of this offense, going against a Colts defense that ranks 24th in the NFL against opposing WRs. While his price is hefty, Collins is a solid pick.
RB Jonathan Taylor ($9,900 FanDuel): Taylor (25.59 FPPG) is coming off his second-lowest fantasy production day of the season (7.6 points) in Week 12 but exploded in Week 11 for 51.1 fantasy points (244 rushing yards, 3 scores, 3 catches for 42 yards).
The Colts need to win on the ground against a Texans run defense that is technically their "weak spot," but still ranks 5th in the NFL against the run. Taylor should see upwards of 20 carries and is capable of breaking long runs, making his $9,900 price a calculated risk.
WR Michael Pittman Jr. ($6,200 FanDuel): Pittman (12.47 FPPG) is a value dart throw. While his recent output was low (2 catches for 19 yards) in Week 12, his high floor in high-volume games is key: in games where he sees 8 or more targets, he has scored 19, 19.5, 17.3, 12.6, and 17 fantasy points. However, against one of the league's best pass defenses, he will need to find the end zone.
SLEEPERS:
TE Dalton Schultz ($5,200 FanDuel): Schultz is in line for a strong game against a Colts defense that ranks 27th against opposing TEs in 2025. The opportunities are there: Schultz is tied for first on the team with 52 receptions, second with 72 targets, and second with 497 receiving yards.
If he can find the endzone (he has only 1 touchdown), he could easily finish as a top-5 tight end, making him an excellent budget sleeper.
WR Alec Pierce ($5,800 FanDuel): Pierce (9.4 FPPG) is the preferred sleeper, banking on the Colts' dedication to the run setting up play-action deep shots. At his low $5,800 price tag, he is worth the shot on a few high-leverage opportunities.
FADES:
Daniel Jones ($7,500 FanDuel): Jones (20.23 FPPG) has had a tremendous comeback season (2,840 passing yards (5th), 17 touchdowns (13th), 7 interceptions), but he faces one of the best defensive units in the NFL. FADE Daniel Jones this week. Houston has averaged just 264.3 total yards against (1st), 172.1 passing yards (3rd), and 16.5 points against (2nd).
TE Tyler Warren ($6,300 FanDuel): Warren (11.13 FPPG) is a fade. He has not found the endzone since Week 7, and the Texans rank 4th against opposing TEs. The price savings and superior matchup tilt the decision in favor of Dalton Schultz.
Recommended DFS Stacks
Stroud / Collins / Taylor (Full Game Stack): A classic high-ceiling stack, pairing the Texans' top WR with their discounted QB and running it back with the most valuable player on the slate.
Stroud / Schultz / Taylor (Value Full Game Stack: Uses the cheaper TE and runs back with the alpha RB.
Stroud / Pierce (or Pittman) / Taylor (Takin’ Shots Stack): Bets on Stroud's return and Pierce's/Pittman’s big-play ability on play-action, and runs it back with JT.
Taylor / Pierce (Colts Value Stack): Focuses on the Colts' ground dominance and the deep-shot play-action value if the run game gets going...
