Week 11 Tight End Rankings Outlooks
Dalton Schultz, Houston Texans
Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (illness, shoulder) was able to practice in full on Friday and has been cleared to play in Sunday's divisional tilt against the Tennessee Titans in Week 11. Schultz's status for this weekend wasn't looking good when he missed practice on both Wednesday and Thursday due to an illness and a shoulder injury, but he'll be ready to roll after a full practice on Friday.
The 29-year-old is coming off a seven-catch, 53-yard performance on a season-high 11 targets in last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, in which he also caught his first touchdown of the year. Backup quarterback Davis Mills looked Schultz's way often in a miraculous comeback, but fantasy managers can't count on that kind of volume from Mills for a second straight week. Still, in a good matchup against the one-win Titans, Schultz should at least be on the TE1/2 borderline as a fantasy streamer this weekend.
Harold Finnen Jr., Cleveland Browns
Cleveland Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. (hamstring) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Fannin began the week with two limited practices, but was upgraded to a full session on Friday. He's recovering from a hamstring injury, but appears good to go for this weekend.
Fannin has been solid with four receptions or more in each of his last five games. Sadly, his value is limited as he continues to split up the reps with David Njoku. Despite that, Fannin continues to find a way to be productive, so fantasy managers who have him rostered can get him into their lineups.
T.J. Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota Vikings tight end T.J. Hockenson hasn't been a consistent fantasy option all season. While he's stayed healthy, which is a plus, he has only 31 catches for 241 yards and two touchdowns. To be fair, the Vikings offense hasn't looked the best, with J.J. McCarthy still having issues adapting to life as a quarterback in the National Football League.
Hockenson likely has a few more trips to the end zone up his sleeve before the conclusion of the 2025 campaign. However, since he hasn't been the most trustworthy fantasy option, managers will be rolling the dice by featuring him in their lineups for Sunday's NFC North showdown with the Chicago Bears.
