Tommy Tremble Elevated to TE1 Role in Week 4
Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble is now thrust into the TE 1 role with Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) expected to miss multiple weeks with a high-ankle sprain, starting with a Week 4 clash against the New England Patriots on the road this Sunday. Tremble, a fifth-year veteran out of Notre Dame, has only 91 receptions, 820 yards, and one touchdown in his career. He's known for his blocking, but he could be asked to do more in the passing game against the Patriots, as the Panthers could struggle against the second-ranked rush defense. Tremble is not recommended as a waiver add and or as a TE streamer in Week 4.
