James Conner Injury Update
Conner (ankle) suffered a season-ending injury during Sunday's loss to the 49ers. He will undergo surgery and has already been placed on injured reserve in a procedural move. Trey Benson will lead the Cardinals' backfield going forward, ranking as a low-end RB2 in fantasy football.
Cardinals RB James Conner did in fact suffer a season-ending injury to his right ankle that will require surgery, per source. The injury is considered “severe”, even if the team does not yet know the full extent of the damage. pic.twitter.com/IMktQeYBoz

Zach Charbonnet Injury Update
Charbonnet (foot) was estimated as a full participant on Tuesday, putting him on track to play in the Seahawks' primetime contest against the Cardinals. He'll continue to operate behind Kenneth Walker III, ranking as a mid-range RB4.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. Injury Update
Tracy (shoulder) dislocated his shoulder during Monday Night Football and will miss between two and four weeks. Rookie Cam Skattebo will lead the Giants' backfield going forward, while Devin Singletary should also get involved. Skattebo is a low-end RB2 in fantasy football as he climbs to the top of the depth chart.

Najee Harris Injury Update
Harris (ankle) tore his Achilles on a non-contact play in the offensive backfield during Sunday's Week 3 victory. He has already been ruled out for the remainder of the season, leaving rookie Omarion Hampton alone at the top of the depth chart. Hampton will rank as a fringe top-25 fantasy running back going forward.

Will Shipley Injury Update
Shipley (ribs) was seen practicing last Friday. His status for Week 4 is uncertain, but the fact that he was able to get back on the field recently is a good sign. When he does eventually return, he'll operate as Saquon Barkley's backup alongside Tank Bigsby.

Samaje Perine Injury Update
Perine (thumb) avoided a serious injury and will not require surgery. The Bengals are leaving the door open for him to play in Week 4, though we'll likely get more information on his status when the team's initial injury report comes out on Wednesday. As the backup to Chase Brown, Perine is off the fantasy radar in most leagues.
#Bengals RB Samaje Perine, who left the game with a thumb injury, had an MRI that did not reveal significant damage, source said. He’s not ruled out for this week.

Sione Vaki Injury Update
Vaki (groin) picked up an injury against the Ravens and was unable to finish the game. He was visibly frustrated while limping off the field and being helped to the locker room. His status for Week 4 is uncertain, but even if he plays, he'd be off the fantasy radar. If Vaki misses extended time, Craig Reynolds would likely be active as the No. 3 running back behind Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.
