Garrett Wilson Does Just Fine With Backup QB Leading the Offense
Garrett Wilson would be quiet in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor leading the offense with Justin Fields out with a concussion. Wilson eased fantasy managers' minds by catching 10 of his 13 targets for 84 yards and his second touchdown of the year in a 29-27 loss at Raymond James Stadium. The 25-year-old led the Jets in all receiving categories in this one by a wide margin, with no other pass-catcher seeing more than six targets or catching more than four passes. Wilson's touchdown hookup with Taylor was an 11-yard reception in the fourth quarter. Even though the Jets are 0-3 early on, Wilson remains a must-start in fantasy lineups heading into a Week 4 matchup against the winless Miami Dolphins. Wilson has 21 catches for 229 yards and two scores through three weeks.
