Eagles rookie wideout Darius Cooper failed to achieve any targets once again in Philadelphia's Week 2 game against the Chiefs. However, Cooper did manage to see an increase in snaps, appearing in 12 offensive plays against Kansas City compared to the two he played versus the Cowboys. That could also be chalked up to the absence of starting tight end Dallas Goedert. Until he begins seeing any sort of consistent playing time, Cooper continues to be unreliable in fantasy.--Ricky Maloney - RotoBaller
