Cleveland Guardians first baseman/designated hitter Carlos Santana is out of the lineup for their game against the Houston Astros on Saturday. Cleveland will start Kyle Manzardo at first, while Jose Ramirez will shift from third base to DH, and Will Wilson will man the hot corner. The switch-hitting Santana had a sizzling May, but he has cooled down in June, going 4-for-19 with one RBI in five games. Overall, though, this has been another productive season for the 39-year-old. He's slashing .256/.358/.389 with seven home runs and 29 RBI in 240 plate appearances. His Guardians teammates will have a tough assignment Saturday against emerging star right-hander Hunter Brown, owner of a microscopic 1.83 ERA in 73 2/3 innings.--Connor Byrne
