Carolina Hurricanes forward Logan Stankoven became the first rookie in franchise history to score multiple game-winning goals in a postseason when the team defeated the Florida Panthers 3-0 in Monday's Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. In a close contest, Stankoven opened the scoring with 10:45 played in the second period. Stankoven also registered the game-winner in Carolina's first postseason game of the year, a 4-1 victory over the New Jersey Devils on April 20. In total, Stankoven has lit the lamp five times in the playoffs, adding three assists in 14 appearances. He needs to score just one more time to match Erik Cole's franchise record for the most goals by a rookie in a single postseason campaign.--Taavi Pailk
