Jacob Reimer Launches Three Home Runs On Wednesday
Jacob Reimer went 3-for-5 with three home runs and five RBI during Wednesday's contest against High-A Wilmington. This was another impressive outing for Reimer, who has been swinging a hot bat through the early part of the High-A regular season. Through his first 21 games of the campaign, the Yucaipa HS product has held an impressive .318/.383/.659 slash line with eight doubles, three home runs, and five home runs. Last summer, Reimer earned a brief taste of High-A ball but struggled as he held a .196/.327/.261 slash line with no home runs across a 14-game stint. Given his impressive start to the season, fantasy managers should expect the No. 21-ranked prospect in the New York system to push for his Double-A debut later this summer.
