EPL DFS Goalies

Bernd Leno - DK $3.6K || FD $8

Opponent - at Arsenal FC

Bernd Leno and Fulham FC are starting to regain form. The keeper has now posted double-digit fantasy points in three of his last five appearances in all competitions. Furthermore, in that time frame, he has accumulated 21 saves and one clean sheet and conceded seven goals.

The hosts are still struggling offensively, and they may get Bukayo Saka back in this fixture. However, his creativity and chance production can only go so far without a striker to convert them. At minimum salary, Leno will have every opportunity to reach value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • José Sá (DK $4.9K || FD $11) vs. West Ham United
  • André Onana (DK $4.4K || FD $9) at Nottingham Forest

EPL DFS Forwards

Bukayo Saka - DK $11.2K || FD $22

Opponent - vs. Fulham FC

Bukayo Saka is healthy and ready to return to the lineup. However, it all comes down to how he feels tomorrow and what the staff thinks prior to kickoff. He is expected to return to the starting XI following the bench boss Mikel Arteta’s encouraging words. Before Saka’s lengthy injury, he had two goals, one assist, nine shots, nine chances created, 34 crosses, 16 corners, eight tackles, and one clearance.

Fulham FC is a middle-of-the-road club across the board for metrics against Per 90 in their last five domestic fixtures. As mentioned above, Arsenal is still without a striker, limiting Sam's ceiling. Despite the lack of goal production, the playmaker is still expected to reach value if he starts.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Jørgen Strand Larsen (DK $4.1K || FD $19) vs. West Ham United
  • Rasmus Højlund (DK $3.9K || FD $14) at Nottingham Forest

EPL DFS Midfielders

James Ward-Prowse - DK $3.4K || FD $13

Opponent - at Wolverhampton

The midfielder position is clear-cut on this three-match slate, with Bruno Fernandes expected to bring in 60 percent or more ownership in the majority of contests. One midfielder many may pass on is James Ward-Prowse. The veteran catalyst has been a key to West Ham’s resurgence. In his last five domestic appearances–four starts–he has two shots, seven chances created, 20 crosses, 15 corners, eight tackles, four interceptions, six clearances, and three blocks.

Wolverhampton’s defense is no slouch, and things will not be easy for JWP. However, thanks to his friendly salary, his chances of surpassing value are high.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Bruno Fernandes (DK $11K || FD $23) at Nottingham Forest
  • Sasa Lukic (DK $3.9K || FD $13) at Arsenal FC

EPL DFS Defenders

Rayan Aït-Nouri - DK $5.4K || FD $13

Opponent - vs. West Ham United

Rayan Aït-Nouri remains a constant threat on the flank for the Wolves. The wingback now has six shots, three chances created, 12 crosses, three corners, 22 tackles, four interceptions, and 11 clearances throughout his most recent five fixtures in all competitions. Yes, 22 tackles!!

West Ham United is expected to keep RAN busy throughout the game on both sides of the pitch, too. The visitors may not concede as many goals in their last five domestic matches, but they are still a bottom-3 club in Shots Against Per 90, Chances Created Against Per 90, and In-the-Box Shots Against Per 90. With both teammates Matheus Cunha and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde not expected to start, RAN will also have the majority on set pieces.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Diego Dalot (DK $4.6K || FD $12) at Nottingham Forest
  • Timothy Castagne (DK $2.8K || FD $11) at Arsenal FC

Corner Takers

  • Arsenal FC: Bukayo Saka/Martin Ødegaard
  • Fulham FC: Sasa Lukic
  • Wolverhampton: Rayan Aït-Nouri
  • West Ham United: James Ward-Prowse/Jarod Bowen
  • Nottingham Forest: Anthony Elanga/Morgan Gibbs-White
  • Manchester United: Bruno Fernandes

Thanks for reading The Kick-Off. Good luck in all of your contests today!
