NASCAR Xfinity Series Bennett Transportation & Logistics 250 DFS: DraftKings Lineup Picks for Atlanta (2/22/25)

NASCAR XFINITY SERIES STOCK DFS PICKS

Justin Carter's DraftKings DFS lineup picks for the NASCAR Xfinity Series Bennett Transportation & Logistics 250 at Atlanta. Read his daily fantasy NASCAR advice and Xfinity sleepers. (2025)

The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend as part of a NASCAR tripleheader weekend at the 1.5-mile track.

Last weekend, the 2025 season kicked off at Daytonthe means a. Usually, that means an Austin Hill victory, but this year it didn't, as Hill recorded a DNF. Instead, it was his RCR teammate Jesse Love taking the victory.

Let's look at some NASCAR Xfinity DFS lineup picks for the NASCAR Xfinity Series Bennett Transportation & Logistics 250 on DraftKings. Be sure to also check out our NASCAR Premium Tools for Xfinity Series, including our DFS Lineup Optimizer and powerful Research Station. This slate locks on 2/22/25 at 5:08 p.m. EST.

Top Plays

Austin Hill ($10.5K)
Starts Second

Normally you don't want to play a driver starting this high up at a superspeedway, especially at a price this high, but the RCR cars feel a level above everyone else at these tracks.

Hill was in contention to win the season opener at Daytona for the fourth year in a row before a mechanical failure. At Atlanta, he's been even more dominant, winning four times with a runner-up finish as well in six starts. As long as the car holds up, Hill will contend for the victory.

Jesse Love ($10.2K)
Starts First

While Hill is the favorite, Jesse Love is developing a reputation of his own at superspeedways, winning Talladega last year and Daytona this year.

He almost earned his first career victory here at Atlanta last year, when he started on the pole and led 157 laps before finishing 12th after running out of fuel late. Expect Love and his teammate to control this race early on and potentially all day long.

Aric Almirola ($10.0K)
Starts 16th

We learned last season that while Aric Almirola's Cup Series tenure ended with middling results over his final three seasons, he's still a very good driver when dipping down to Xfinity. After retiring from full-time driving, Almirola ran 14 Xfinity races, winning three times and posting nine top 10s.

Now, superspeedway racing is less predictable than anything else, so don't pencil him in as a top-five lock. Still, Atlanta is a solid track for him, as he raced he raced here four times in Cup after the repave, leading laps three times, including leading 46 in his final Cup race here.

Mid-Tier Options

Sheldon Creed ($9.5K)
Starts 17th

Sheldon Creed moved to Haas Factory Team this year. Will that move be what it takes for Creed to finally get to victory lane?

This has been a solid track for Creed. While he only has two top 10s here, he's led double-digit laps in two other races and always seems to have speed at Atlanta. Starting 17th offers fairly good place differential upside.

Something you'll notice in this mid-tier section is that I'm being a little more mellow with the place differential picks than I would be at Daytona or Talladega. Part of that is car quality matters slightly more here.

Another part is just that the starting lineup shook out in a particular way where there weren't major place differential options for us to take swings on. It happens.

Harrison Burton ($8.9K)
Starts 19th

It's going to be interesting to see how this AM Racing car looks in 2025. The car struggled much of the time in 2024 but upgraded big time when it comes to the driver in 2025, signing Harrison Burton. He might have largely been a backmarker in Cup, but he can be a winner in the lower levels.

Burton was sixth at Daytona last week and should, at the very least, be a contender at superspeedways. His lone Cup Series win came at Daytona last year and he had a pair of top 11 finishes at Atlanta in his three seasons in Cup.

Sammy Smith ($8.5K)
Starts 12th

I wish Sammy Smith started a few spots deeper in this field, but he should still be a decent DFS option based on his track record here. Smith won the pole in his first Atlanta start but went on to finish just 17th, but he's recorded a top 10 in the past three races here, including a seventh in September.

Ryan Sieg ($7.8K)
Starts 14th

Ryan Sieg is a very good driver, but he's usually limited a bit by racing for his family-owned team. It makes these drafting tracks very important for him in his quest to get back into the playoffs. Last year, he fell just short, finishing 13th in points.

Sieg had four top gives last year, with two of those coming at superspeedways. He almost won at Talladega, coming up just short in second place. Sieg is usually competitive at tracks like this, though Atlanta hasn't been nearly as good to him as Daytona and Talladega.

Value Options

Jeb Burton ($7.4K)
Starts 20th

Jeb Burton is another driver whose value would be at its peak if he qualified like five spots worse, but you have to make do with what you have. Even from a starting position of 20th, there's a place differential upside for this No. 27 car. Burton led four laps at Daytona last weekend and two of his three top 10s in 2024 came at drafting tracks.

Parker Retzlaff ($7.3K)
Starts 23rd

Parker Retzlaff might have downgraded from Jordan Anderson Racing to Alpha Prime Racing this season, but it's not really that big of a downgrade. This APR team is on the way up.

Retzlaff is a fairly good superspeedway racer and finished fifth in this race last year after starting 24th. He was 12th in the return race later in the season.

Matt DiBenedetto ($6.9K)
Starts 30th

Alright, now we finally get to the top place differential values. As mentioned above, I don't really love how this lineup shook out as far as place differential options starting outside the top 25, but there are three names that stand out. Let's start with Matt DiBenedetto.

This Viking Motorsports team switched to Chevrolet this year and will have an ECR engine lease this week. Matty D finished 11th in this car last week at Daytona.

Brennan Poole ($6.4K)
Starts 31st

Brennan Poole's teammate, Parker Retzlaff, has an ECR engine this week, but the other Alpha Prime Racing cars don't. That limits some upside as Poole won't have the same power under the hood as the No. 4 car, but he still has appeal in case things get chaotic.

Poole finished a strong 16th in points last year for this team and had a pair of top 10s, both at Talladega. He was top 20 in both Atlanta races, which would be a strong result as far as DFS goes this weekend.

Leland Honeyman ($6.2K)
Starts 29th

Like DiBenedetto, Leland Honeyman's team has an ECR engine lease this weekend, which should help the Derrike Cope-owned No. 70 car run a strong race. Honeyman is a skilled driver who recorded a pair of superspeedway top 10s last year when he was in the No. 42 car.
